The Earth Saviours Foundation (TESF) is a charitable NGO based in Gurugram, operating two full-time free shelter homes for those abandoned, forgotten, or left helpless. TESF provides 24/7 care to destitute elderly, mentally and physically disabled individuals, survivors of abuse and trauma, and people battling chronic or terminal illnesses. Every day, up to 1,300 residents receive food, medical care, safe shelter, and emotional support, completely free of cost.
With a bold vision for the future, TESF is now building one of the world’s largest free shelters, designed to house over 5,000 abandoned and underserved lives. Our mission is anchored in compassion, dignity, and the unwavering belief that no one should ever be left behind.

Since 2008, The Earth Saviours Foundation has been dedicated to rescuing and supporting the abandoned, disabled, and less privileged. Founded by Shri Ravi Kalra ji and now led by his son Sh. Jas Kalra, the organization runs two shelter homes in Haryana. Up to 1,300 people, including senior citizens, mentally disabled individuals, abuse survivors, and those with chronic illnesses, receive 24/7 care. Many are referred by hospitals, police, and welfare departments. With compassion at its core, TESF provides food, medical care, safe shelter, and emotional support, ensuring each person is treated with dignity, love, and hope for a better tomorrow.

Our initiative, Karmic Seva, goes beyond life, bringing peace and dignity to mother Earth’s departed souls. The Earth Saviours Foundation has cremated over 12,000 unidentified and unclaimed bodies, ensuring proper prayers and respectful rituals. Honouring the bodies, often in public neglect and rejection by families, we give final rest at our electric crematorium. With deep compassion, we perform funerals regardless of religion, health, or social identity, dignifying death. Karmic Seva reflects our deep commitment to humanity, the environment, and animals, staying true to the values TESF upholds with integrity, compassion, and unconditional service to society’s most vulnerable lives.

For over 16 years, The Earth Saviours Foundation has worked to reduce noise pollution through its “Do Not Honk” campaign, initiated by founder Shri Ravi Kalra, honored as the “No Honking Man of India.” Launched in 2013, the campaign educates drivers about the health and environmental hazards of honking. Awareness drives were conducted in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, and Dehradun with the support of volunteers, students, police, and corporate partners. Activities included applying stickers, displaying posters, and engaging the public at traffic points. The campaign has earned international recognition, including the World Book of Records.
Every soul here was once unseen, unheard, and left to survive alone. TESF has rescued over 25,000 lives, brought in by police, hospitals, courts, and strangers who cared enough to call. From abandoned young adults battling mental illness to frail elders with no one left, we offer 24×7 food, shelter, and medical care, entirely free, with dignity at the heart of it all.

We envision a world where no soul is forgotten, no one suffers alone, and every person and animal can live with dignity and peace.
TESF is building a compassionate and inclusive India, where care is not a privilege, but a right. We aim to become a global symbol of humanitarian care and environmental protection through sustainable initiatives and community empowerment.
Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and provide lifelong care to:
We offer round-the-clock shelter, meals, medical aid, and emotional support, free of cost.
TESF also fights for:
We believe in a world where no one is left behind.

Shri Ravi Kalra Ji’s mission reached beyond human care. He championed animal rights, launched awareness drives on noise pollution, and ensured dignified cremations for over 12,500 unclaimed bodies through his Karmic Seva initiative. He became widely known as the “No Honking Man of India,” leading India’s first anti-noise campaign. His impactful work earned him national awards like the National Award for Welfare of Persons with Disabilities and a powerful tribute on Kaun Banega Crorepati’s Karamveer episode.
His legacy reminds us:
“A single act of compassion can change countless lives.”

Currently under construction, Mandawar Sewa Dham is already a sanctuary for nearly 700 abandoned senior citizens and mentally disabled individuals. Once completed, it will stand as the largest free-of-cost shelter home in the world, capable of housing up to 5,000 residents. This monumental vision, once dreamed by our Founder, Sh. Ravi Kalra Ji, is now being brought to life by his son, Jas Kalra Ji.
With blessings from the Divine, we are steadily working toward building a space of dignity, care, and belonging. Even in its incomplete phase, Mandawar Sewa Dham provides vital care, comfort, and support to its residents. Every step taken here is a step toward restoring hope, ensuring that those once abandoned by society are embraced with compassion, humanity, and respect.

Located on the outskirts of Gurgaon, Bandhwari Sewa Dham is a peaceful refuge spread across nearly two acres of land. It serves as a home for elderly individuals, differently-abled residents, and underprivileged women. The campus includes an old age home, medical care facilities, and accessible accommodations designed for comfort and dignity.
With divine blessings, our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment where every resident feels valued and cared for. Bandhwari Sewa Dham is not just a shelter, it is a place where hope is restored, dignity is protected, and a sense of family is found. The campus is designed to support physical health, emotional healing, and spiritual peace, ensuring that each person lives with comfort, compassion, and respect.
The Earth Saviours Foundation is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation that has rescued over 25,000 abandoned senior citizens and mentally disabled people in the last decade. Currently, we serve over 1,300 underprivileged residents in our shelter homes.
Your support can uplift and improve the lives of these individuals and inspire a humanitarian ethos across the corporate sector to foster mutual care in all areas of work.

Since 2008, The Earth Saviours Foundation (TESF) has stood as a lifeline for those left with nowhere else to go. Founded by the late Karmayogi Shri Ravi Kalra ji, a man who gave up a comfortable life to serve the abandoned, TESF now continues its mission under the dedicated leadership of his son, Sh. Jas Kalra.
Today, TESF operates two full-time rescue centers:

At both shelter homes, we offer 24×7 support completely free of charge, including:
Everything we do is guided by the principle of sewa—selfless service—and a deep belief that no one should be abandoned in their most vulnerable hour.
This is Where Second Chances Begin
For many who arrive here, TESF is the first place where they are seen, cared for, and treated with dignity in years. What began as one man’s personal mission has now grown into India’s most compassionate rescue network, serving humanity 24/7 without government or foreign aid.
Because here, being human is the only requirement.
Every day, our shelters provide round-the-clock care for over 1,300 residents between the ages of 18 to 100 years, each with a story of hardship, survival, and resilience.
Our residents include:
Many of them are brought to us by police departments, government hospitals, Hon’ble courts, and state welfare authorities—people found alone, injured, and invisible to the world.

In a world where the forgotten are often left without even a goodbye, Karmic Seva stands as a quiet, powerful act of love.
An initiative by The Earth Saviours Foundation, this sacred project looks beyond just life. It honors those who passed away without a name, a family, or a final prayer.
