The Earth Saviours Foundation (TESF) is a charitable NGO based in Gurugram, operating two full-time free shelter homes for those abandoned, forgotten, or left helpless. TESF provides 24/7 care to destitute elderly, mentally and physically disabled individuals, survivors of abuse and trauma, and people battling chronic or terminal illnesses. Every day, up to 1,300 residents receive food, medical care, safe shelter, and emotional support, completely free of cost.
With a bold vision for the future, TESF is now building one of the world’s largest free shelters, designed to house over 5,000 abandoned and underserved lives. Our mission is anchored in compassion, dignity, and the unwavering belief that no one should ever be left behind.

Since 2008, The Earth Saviours Foundation has been dedicated to rescuing and supporting the abandoned, disabled, and less privileged. Founded by Shri Ravi Kalra ji and now led by his son Sh. Jas Kalra, the organization runs two shelter homes in Haryana. Up to 1,300 people, including senior citizens, mentally disabled individuals, abuse survivors, and those with chronic illnesses, receive 24/7 care. Many are referred by hospitals, police, and welfare departments. With compassion at its core, TESF provides food, medical care, safe shelter, and emotional support, ensuring each person is treated with dignity, love, and hope for a better tomorrow.

Our initiative, Karmic Seva, goes beyond life, bringing peace and dignity to mother Earth’s departed souls. The Earth Saviours Foundation has cremated over 12,000 unidentified and unclaimed bodies, ensuring proper prayers and respectful rituals. Honouring the bodies, often in public neglect and rejection by families, we give final rest at our electric crematorium. With deep compassion, we perform funerals regardless of religion, health, or social identity, dignifying death. Karmic Seva reflects our deep commitment to humanity, the environment, and animals, staying true to the values TESF upholds with integrity, compassion, and unconditional service to society’s most vulnerable lives.

For over 16 years, The Earth Saviours Foundation has worked to reduce noise pollution through its “Do Not Honk” campaign, initiated by founder Shri Ravi Kalra, honored as the “No Honking Man of India.” Launched in 2013, the campaign educates drivers about the health and environmental hazards of honking. Awareness drives were conducted in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, and Dehradun with the support of volunteers, students, police, and corporate partners. Activities included applying stickers, displaying posters, and engaging the public at traffic points. The campaign has earned international recognition, including the World Book of Records.
Every soul here was once unseen, unheard, and left to survive alone. TESF has rescued over 25,000 lives, brought in by police, hospitals, courts, and strangers who cared enough to call. From abandoned young adults battling mental illness to frail elders with no one left, we offer 24×7 food, shelter, and medical care, entirely free, with dignity at the heart of it all.
