Currently under construction, Mandawar Sewa Dham is already a sanctuary for nearly 700 abandoned senior citizens and mentally disabled individuals. Once completed, it will stand as the largest free-of-cost shelter home in the world, capable of housing up to 5,000 residents. This monumental vision, once dreamed by our Founder, Sh. Ravi Kalra Ji, is now being brought to life by his son, Jas Kalra Ji.
With blessings from the Divine, we are steadily working toward building a space of dignity, care, and belonging. Even in its incomplete phase, Mandawar Sewa Dham provides vital care, comfort, and support to its residents. Every step taken here is a step toward restoring hope, ensuring that those once abandoned by society are embraced with compassion, humanity, and respect.
At our facilities, residents are provided with comfortable dormitories equipped with beds, mattresses, pillows, blankets, and personal storage, creating a safe and homely environment. Each space is supported with hygienic restrooms, uninterrupted water, and reliable power supply to maintain dignity and cleanliness every day. Seasonal needs are carefully met with warm bedding and heaters during winters, and coolers in summers, ensuring year-round comfort and care.
Beyond basic needs, we focus on holistic well-being through physiotherapy sessions, cultural activities, and celebrations that foster joy, belonging, and emotional strength. A dedicated medical team offers 24/7 care with regular checkups, treatments, and emergency support, while trained rescue and transport staff ensure residents are safely taken to hospitals when required. Together, these services provide not only shelter, but a life of compassion, dignity, and security for every individual in our care.
